If you are a new customer, we will email you soon to confirm your delivery day. Your delivery will either be Wednesday, Thursday, Friday or Saturday depending on your location.
Payment for your order comes out on a Tuesday the week you are due a delivery. Please ensure you have enough funds in your account to avoid failed payments which may result in missed deliveries.
You can view your subscription by clicking on MY ACCOUNT. From here, you can Pause, Change or Cancel your order.
Changes, pauses or cancellations to your order must be done by Monday midnight via MY ACCOUNT the week you are due a delivery.
Requests for changes, pauses or cancellations by email must be done by Monday at 4pm as the website won’t be operated by our farm staff after this time.
Your receipt for placing your order may say £0, this is because you will only get charged on Tuesday the week you are due your delivery.
