If you are a NEW CUSTOMER and want to place an order please use the waiting list form on the ordering page. We are working hard to see what volume of new customers we can take on and will let you know as soon as it is possible with details of how to place an order.
For EXISTING CUSTOMERS it would be a great help if you could Change or Pause your order by logging into your account where that facility is available to you by 4pm Mondays. If you find that you cannot do this then requests to Change or Pause your order via email or via this contact form must be done by 4pm Monday the week of your delivery. We may not be able to honour any changes or pauses after this time. We would please ask you not to request exclusions as they slow down our packing line and are prone to getting mixed up. This is a temporary measure during this crisis and would suggest if you cannot use some veg we give you there is bound to be a family member or neighbour who would be very grateful.
